| The staff of the Colorado State conservation Board provides training to all conservation district managers and clerks. At this time we target meeting with all new employees for an orientation within 60 days of hire. We then follow up every few weeks for the next few months. We are currently developing District manager training materials in addition to our online reference manual and supervisor certification program and are reviewing how to incorporate them. | |||||
