As most of you are aware, NASCA sponsors periodic webinars to share information and innovation among our member states. We recently conducted a webinar which focused on regulatory certainty programs. What other webinar topics would be of interest to our members in 2013?
Many districts have in figuring out what to charge for their services (a previous Ask.NASCA posting in 2012). How about a session aimed at helping us help districts sift through typical direct and indirect costs so they optimize reimbursements under various grants? How many things can they build onto base salary? office... electricity... computer... truck... benefits...tiny "profit"?? At some point they get on thin ice. FYI: 26" of ice on northern MN lakes still.
