Who is a TSP in your state? Specifically, are there any conservation districts that provide that service (or state agency/association staff)?

So far, no districts in Vermont serve as TSPs, and we don't have any agency or state association staff serving in that role either. The closest we have are several Extension staff who are listed as TSPs, though we're not sure exactly how that's working right now. Several of our districts are looking into moving in that direction, and our state association is about to start a pilot project to get one staff person certified as a TSP to see how the process goes. But we are also very interested in hearing from other states who have district or agency staff who serve in this capacity.
