Missouri does not have an overall state policy for soil health. However, the Department of Natural Resources Soil and Water Conservation Program has a requirement for soil samples to be submitted for a soil health analysis for landowners participating in the state funded Cover Crop practice. South Dakota does not have an official policy but we are active in efforts to promote soil health within the state.
