The following questions applies to those states that have conservation supervisors/commissioners elected in an official state/county election process. (1) What is the policy for these elected officials participating in programs funded through the district? (2) Are they allowed to participate? (3) If so is there a limit to the amount they can receive either by program or cumulative with two or more programs?
