I am working with Mr. Ernie Shea, Pres/CEO of NRSolutions, on a project to help move efforts at management of animal manure and poultry litter (AML) in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed forward. We are trying to assess and catalog the state and federal programs that are currently in place that provide support and incentives for implementation of technologies and BMP's for AML management in that watershed.
