Are any other states experiencing NRCS taking local resource concerns and forwarding them to the Resource Team Leader (RTL), and the RTL then convening a team meeting of stakeholders to provide advice and counsel for determining Resource Team priority resource concerns and team funding requests?
We want to know if this is a Texas decision or one being implemented across the country.

I have never heard of this. It certainly has not happened in Colorado. I don't think our state office has enough staff to do anything like that!
Certainly haven't heard of this in Nevada....and ditto Cindy's commnet.
News to me. I've not seen similar actions in WV.
