Does your State Conservation Agency provide funding to districts that may be used directly or indirectly to pay NACD dues?
None and dues are not reimbursable for state aid.
State funds are not supposed to be used to pay dues to associations that might lobby the state. If a district pays NACD dues with state funds, we would not know about it.
