Can anyone provide good examples of conservation district policy manuals, particularly comprehensive policy manuals as opposed to just personnel policy manuals?

We can provide a copy of our supervisor policy manual. It covers a lot of issues and was recently updated. Since districts generally don't have employees, there is some personnel items, but the manual focuses on other things.
We maintain separate policy manuals for cost-share and district operations They can be found here https://mosoilandwater.land/internal/cost-share-handbook and here https://mosoilandwater.land/internal/district-operations-manual. These manuals contain policy that districts must follow. The personnel policy that we provide them is just a template and each district board is expected to personalize the policy to fit their unique needs before formally adopting it.
Mike, here are some samples from Washington.
