To download presentations from this year's session, search for "Whitefish 2008" on the NASCA Resources page.

This capacity building event has had a 4-year history for participant sharing of successful techniques, and strategies (best practices) for support programs, training, annual and long range planning, funding approaches, accounting, and services for conservation districts. State Conservation Agencies from across the nation arranged for their staffs to attend, present, and learn new techniques and ideas!

The objective of this session was to exchange outstanding examples among the participants. The unique nature of this work session included the participants selecting in advance the topics they most needed and most wanted to present. The agenda was developed with selected topics and presenters from the suggestions received.  The benefits came back to your state through the shared successful techniques and strategies.
